Your GDPR rights
Last updated: 14 October 2026
How to make a request
The controller is Styliannos Vitzilaios, an individual operating these tools under the Vijitek name. Email steliosvitzi@gmail.com. Explain which right you want to exercise and, for a visit, the website and approximate date. Do not attach the private files you edited.
Access and correction
You may request confirmation of processing, access to your personal data, and correction of inaccurate data. We do not receive your locally edited files and cannot retrieve them.
Erasure and restriction
You may request erasure or restriction where the GDPR conditions apply. Legal obligations or establishing and defending legal claims may limit erasure. Connection log retention depends on the VPS and reverse proxy configuration.
Objection and portability
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons related to your particular situation. Portability applies where automated processing is based on consent or a contract and the legal conditions are met.
Consent and automated decisions
We do not use consent for advertising or analytics and do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. If consent is requested in future, you will be able to withdraw it as easily as you gave it, without affecting previous lawful processing.
Response time and verification
We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. For complex or numerous requests, this may be extended by two further months; we will tell you within the first month. We request only necessary additional information if we have reasonable doubts about your identity. Requests are generally free of charge.
Complaints
You can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority in Greece (www.dpa.gr) or the competent supervisory authority where you normally live, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
