Your files
You can convert, inspect, format, and validate JSON, XML, YAML, CSV, TSV, and TOML data. Processing happens on your device, in browser memory. The application does not send file contents or filenames to our server or keep copies. No account is required.
What the server receives
When you visit and download website assets, the server receives your IP address and technical request information, such as the date and time, requested path, browser and operating system, response status, and referring website where your browser sends it. Connection data is separate from your file contents. Do not put personal data in URLs.
Purposes and legal basis
Connection data is used to deliver the website, keep it secure, and diagnose faults. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights. Where a specific legal obligation requires processing, Article 6(1)(c) applies. We do not use your files for model training, advertising, or profiling.
Hosting and recipients
The website is hosted on a VPS configured by the operator. The VPS provider and any TLS reverse proxy process the infrastructure data necessary to deliver and secure the website; their identity and server region depend on the current hosting configuration. The operator may access connection data for administration and security, and competent authorities may receive data where legally required. The application includes no analytics, advertising, or remote fonts.
Retention
Working files remain in page memory until removed, replaced, or the page is closed or refreshed. Exported files remain on your device. The privacy notice preference lasts 180 days and can be removed through Privacy settings. Any connection logs are retained according to the VPS and reverse proxy configuration.
Security and your device
Local processing reduces the content sent to a server. Your browser, extensions, operating system, and device backups are under your control. Use an up-to-date browser and a secure device. This policy does not guarantee that your device retains no temporary data.
Your rights and changes
Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and a right to complain to a supervisory authority. See the GDPR rights page for the process. We update this policy when processing changes and display the revision date.
